Strength Belongs to Everyone
Everyone's reasons for entering the weightroom are different, but they usually boil down to a few common goals: adding lean muscle mass, optimizing body composition, engineering raw strength, and upgrading baseline health.
I know first-hand that all of these outcomes are entirely possible, but achieving them requires the right programming architecture. Unfortunately, many queer and neurodivergent adults lack an accepting space to learn the technical mechanics, nutritional variables, and progression logic required to advance. Instead, they end up spinning their wheels on rigid, cookie-cutter templates—left feeling isolated by toxic gym culture and deeply frustrated by a total lack of predictable progress.
A bit about me...
If we haven’t met before – hi, my name’s Alex👋
I've been on a 10+ year mission to achieve my ultimate strength potential.
Starting off, I could barely bench press the empty bar.
But with years of work and dedicated learning under the barbell, I've been able to achieve a 500 lb Squat, 280 lb Bench Press and 530 lb Deadlift, and the total physical transformation that comes with it.
As a gay and Autistic lifter, I know what it's like to feel out of place in strength world. That's why I've made it my mission to share what I've learned with the underserved queer and neurodivergent communities.
About my approach
If you want to optimize your body composition and build functional strength that carries over into everyday life, nothing beats the basic barbell movements. That's why Squatting, Bench Pressing, Deadlifting and Overhead Pressing form the foundation of all programs that I write. Many folks who have spun their wheels on machine circuits are amazed at the rapid physical transformation that barbell training provides. But as effective as this style of training may be, it requires careful attention to technique and programming.
That's where I come in to help.
First, we will connect for a call to analyze your primary training objectives, lifestyle constraints, and recovery capacity. Then, I will write a fully customized training program built to your specific needs and constraints. From there, we will conduct weekly strategy reviews to audit your data logs, refine technical mechanics, and adjust your programming to ensure continuous progress.

Two Divergent Paths. One Definitive Outcome.
When you enter the weightroom, your training trajectory will follow one of two protocols. You are either deploying a calibrated system designed to succeed, or you are running a broken template bound to crash.
🚀 Path A: Calibrated Success
When you execute a structured, identity-affirming training architecture, physical transformation becomes a predictable mathematical outcome.
- Absolute Body Sovereignty: Master your physical composition by building dense, functional muscle and optimizing your frame on your own terms.
- Uncapped Strength Progression: Break through stubborn plateaus with high-precision programming that ensures your squat, bench, and deadlift move up linearly.
- Upgraded Systemic Health: Secure deep, long-term physical longevity and vitality, moving through life with the unshakeable internal confidence of a capable lifter.
- Cognitive Peace of Mind: Step onto the gym floor with a definitive checklist, completely free from spatial anxiety, programming confusion, or the need to mask.
🛑 Path B: System Failure
Without an objective framework tailored to your specific nervous system and recovery metrics, you remain trapped in the chaotic gravity of traditional gym culture.
- Chronic Stagnation: Spin your wheels for months or years on generic, cookie-cutter templates that yield zero visible muscle growth or strength gains.
- Physical Injury: Force your body into uncalibrated movements, messy mechanics, and improper load selection until your joints inevitably hit a breaking point.
- Sensory & Executive Burnout: Allow the chaotic noise of the commercial weightroom and over-complicated routines to completely drain your cognitive battery, leading to frustration and quitting.
- Alienation & Isolation: Remain disconnected from your physical potential, feeling like an outsider in a space that should belong to you.
