- Diet and nutrition strategies.
We'll start with an initial call where I'll introduce the novice program and help you find a gym. Then, we will stay in touch throughout the week using WhatsApp so that I can help resolve any roadblocks that you run into. After completing this bootcamp, you'll be setup for your first several months of productive strength training.
